Timber Sales

Forests are very diverse and require a qualified forester to determine the best management approach for each individual forest stand. When implemented properly, timber harvesting activities can improve/maintain forest health, as well as improve game/non-game wildlife habitat. If your property is ready for some form of harvesting treatment, we can directly assist in timber sale preparation, wood products marketing, and oversee harvesting activities through their completion.

Timber Appriasals

There are a number of reasons that an individual would request a woodland inventory and/or appraisal. Some of the reasons are: Inventory and appraisal of a timber trespass and damages, Documentation of property conditions, timber volumes and timber values for income tax and estate planning, Timberland investment analysis, Determination of overall woodlot volume and/or value.

Greenbelt/Stewardship Plans

The Forest Stewardship Plan is a document developed with the advice of professional foresters and designed to meet or exceed federal program requirements, while providing for the integration of economic stability, ecological sensitivity and societal needs in individual forest stewardship plans.

Urban Forestry

Our team works closely with leaders in the fields of urban forestry, ecology and other disciplines to move municipalities and institutional clients from reactive and costly 'tree care' to proactive, efficient and sustainable urban forest management.

Reforestation and Forest Herbicide

Due to the extended period of time associated with growing a stand of timber, it is easy to lose sight of the importance of proper reforestation.  Whether you are reforesting your land following a timber harvest, or planning a wetland mitigation project, Charles R Page and Associates use proven silvicultural systems and over 3 generations of experience to plan and execute successful site preparation and regeneration methods.

Boundary Marking and Posting

From legal land description questions to species, special features, and/or habitat inventories, Charles R Page & Associates can provide you expertise and valuable insight into the attributes of your land. All quality land management efforts start with a map.  Whether you need a basic land map or a multilayer GIS map with a database and photos, Charles R Page & Associates can create a map that is based on your needs.
